In Kenya, every child who has completed the secondary education all he dreams about is for God to help him pass his exams and make it to University.Most will make it however the less unfortunate will join colleges,technical and polytechnics depending on their financial status.Nevertheless,life in all these higher learning institutions.Drugs,STI's,prostitution is the topic of the day.My friend and i took time to attend the just completed kenyatta university fresha's nite as they call it.A programme in which the fresh and new students are welcomed to the campus and the older students running helter skelter to atleast 'ponyoka' with one.
The party was mad friends .Girls dressed in mini damn i could almost eat their thighs up am telling you they were gorgeous.i just wish i could go back to my youth and enjoy what these young adults are doing.The dj just gets us started with hot jams, and all people can do is just scream to the top of their voices.To break the monotony i decide to take a walk men i could not believe it people having sex in open.WTF men this shocked me syringes lying everywhere and condoms making the place even lookk better.Sudents fighting with each other as a result of drug abuse.This is never like the campus of our days when we attended university to learn and nothing else.These days people go to campus to have fun rather than make their future better.I know believe the AIDS virus is not leaving kenya soon .Its time the youth changed before we become a fallen nation.
I just became a father men i never wanna wish my son to live this kind of life
